MUSC Wellness Center<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The MUSC Wellness Center in Charleston is a facility dedicated to the promotion and practice of healthy lifestyles. More than just a gym, the MUSC Wellness Center focuses on the development of total well-being through offering a variety of programs, amenities, and services. It goes beyond being a traditional gym by providing a holistic approach to health that encompasses physical, mental, and emotional wellness. The center offers a wide range of programs, amenities, and services designed to support individuals in their pursuit of a balanced and healthy life.<\/p>\n

Members of the MUSC Wellness Center have access to state-of-the-art fitness equipment, group exercise classes, and personal training. The center also features specialized programs for weight management, stress reduction, and chronic disease prevention. Additionally, the Wellness Center offers educational workshops and seminars on various health topics, empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their well-being.<\/p>\n

The Wellness Center is a public facility and open to the entire community for adults 18 years of age and over. MUSC residential students are automatically assessed a Wellness Fee each term as part of the cost of attendance. Students may use their student ID badges to access the facility and services anytime during operational hours.<\/p>\n
