At the forefront of cancer research, the MUSC Hollings Cancer Center is one of 71 National Cancer Institute-designated cancer centers in the United States, and the only one in South Carolina. The research performed at this center is the driving force behind delivering medical advances to patients and their families. That research enables us to educate health care professionals and the public. Because of that same research, we can establish outreach services for underserved populations across the entire state South Carolina. Â
Our mission is straightforward: to eradicate cancer. We aim to find cures and improve the quality of life for those living with cancer.
We are located on Jonathan Lucas Street, on the most south end of the MUSC campus.Â
Hollings Cancer Center includes:
A variety of outpatient clinics
A 48-bed infusion clinic
Cancer center administrative and clinical trials offices
Cancer-focused research laboratories
