Located on the northern perimeter of the MUSC main campus, the Cannon Street Office Building is home to multiple offices and entities for the Medical University of South Carolina. Some of these offices include:

• The MUSC Department of Public Health Sciences
• The MUSC Master of Public Health program
• MS & Ph.D Biostatistics and Epidemiology programs
• The MUSC Office of Communications and Marketing
• MUSC Research and support offices
• The MUSC Department of Family Medicine Administrative Offices

The office building also serves as location for a variety of obstetrics and gynecological services.
