College of Medicine Building (coming in 2027)
The College of Medicine is excited to build a new home for the college, a state-of-the-art facility designed to enhance and further support innovative medical education at MUSC.
This 186,000 square foot facility will provide a central home for the college, located in the heart of the MUSC campus at the corner of Bee and President Streets.
Currently under construction, it will include:
• Active learning spaces
• Large classrooms
• Student study and relaxation spaces
• Faculty/Alumni Commons
• COM Dean’s office
• Faculty and staff offices
• Wellness spaces
• Event spaces
• Café
